Established in 2020, Serenity Spa & Beauty Bar LLC emerged during a pivotal moment when wellness became more essential than ever. Amid the physical, mental, and emotional impact of the global pandemic, our founder envisioned a sanctuary where restoration, balance, and elevated self-care could thrive. Serenity Spa & Beauty Bar LLC is proudly the first Black-owned spa in Rhode Island, setting a new standard for inclusive luxury and holistic wellness. Our space is designed to be both tranquil and transformative—offering thoughtfully curated services that nurture the body, calm the mind, and restore the spirit. Every experience is delivered with intention, expertise, and a commitment to excellence, creating a refined environment where self-care is not an indulgence, but a necessity. PARKING: Please park by the HR Block and come up the stairs, past the elevators, and we will be the first suite on the right. NEW CLIENTS: Consultations are recommended for all non-invasive body treatments to ensure personalized care and optimal results, however they are not required. Clients who choose to book without a consultation do so at their own discretion and are encouraged to have a clear understanding of their goals. Consultations are recommended for: -BODY SCULPTING -VACUUM THERAPY -POST-OP MASSAGE HOW TO BOOK: Select a category or provider, then the service you are interested in booking. Choose your desired appointment date and time. If you do not see the time or date that you would like to book for, please reach out to us directly. Once you select your time and date, there will be a 50% non-refundable booking fee to hold the appointment spot. This will go towards your appointment total. You will need to complete pre-booking forms and questions during checkout. Once booked, you will receive an e-mail confirmation with important information about your appointment, my policies, and my location. BOOKING FEE: All services require a non-refundable 50% booking fee. This fee can be used to reschedule only once before a new booking fee is required. LATE POLICY: After 15 minutes past the start of your appointment, your appointment may be subject to cancellation and charged as a no-show. CANCELLATIONS: All no-call/no-show clients and last minute cancellations (less than 12 hours prior to appointment time) will be charged the full service cost. RESCHEDULING: 24-hours notice in advance is required to avoid additional fees: 24 HRS PRIOR: $50 12 HRS PRIOR: FULL SERVICE COST COMPLAINTS: You must notify us of any complaints, concerns , or dissatisfaction with your service(s) with 24 hours in order for us to remedy it. SERVICE CREDIT: Clients with unused credits have 30 days to use it or it will expire. Credits cannot be redeemed after 30 days unless there are extenuating circumstances. SQUEEZE-IN BOOKING: Clients must reach out prior to booking for squeeze-in availability. Please note that squeeze-in appointments are subject to additional fees: BEFORE/AFTER-HOURS: $25 SAME DAY BOOKINGS: $25 GROUPON: Limit of 1 Groupon per client per 3 month time period. A NONREFUNDABLE service fee of $20-$30 is required to reserve an appointment. Please note that we only offer Swedish and Lymphatic massages for Groupon clients. All spa policies apply to Groupon clients. Cancellations will be charged the full original cost. Groupon will still be valid if you choose to continue service at a later date.
